Sophia worked with my daughter for a long school-year, sending videos of house walk-throughs from Ann Arbor houses down to Tampa. In the videos she took discerning shots as well as informative commentary to make it possible to buy without lots of cross-country flights. I chose to have her help me on the basis of the strength of those video tours and confirmatory inspection trips. She is outgoing, honest, and available for the necessary "lots" of contact involved in 2 long distance house purchases. The team made long-distance financial dealings accessible, and I did appreciate the "do it on Thursday" for closing, as a bit of drama ensued when a Friday closing for my Florida home entailed "not on the weekend" utilities change-over.
